The ONLY Sleep Resolution Worth Making

With New Year's Eve just four days away, it's the season for making resolutions - resolutions to get in shape, to organize the house, to get out of debt, and, of course, (for readers of this newsletter) to get our kiddos sleeping well!
The problem is that research indicates that fewer than half of us will stick to those resolutions and see any meaningful change. Here's what I advise you to do: make just ONE baby sleep resolution this year, and make it this: resolve to take the first step in 2020. It's one resolution you'll be so glad you kept!
