Good morning,
A few weeks ago, I had a client session with "Debbie".
In addition to being a one-on-one client, Debbie is also a member of my Authentic Action Academy (AAA). The AAA’s key theme in February was how to set goals that help us to create an authentic life that we love.
Debbie is retired and as we were chatting in our session, she mentioned how much she was struggling with the homework from the class.
She reported that there was a part of her that simply did not want to do any more work. She had worked her entire life and now she just wanted to relax. Creating new goals in her life didn't feel like it was making things better or easier.
Instead, it was doing the exact opposite.
The goals she was creating were not providing her with focus or motivation. They felt like homework.
And when goals feel like homework, they turn into more of a
hindrance than a help.
In this week’s podcast, we explore how to create a healthy relationship to our goals. We also do some tapping on moving our goals from feeling like burdensome homework into something motivational and encouraging.
If you
are trying to improve any part of your life, this podcast is essential listening!

It doesn't matter how well written your goal is, if your subconscious mind resists or resents it, then it will not be helpful. It will only make things harder. Allow me to show you how to prevent that from
happening!
Let me know how these reframes work for you,
