The response to our "Thanksgivukkah" special was so enthusiastic that it overwhelmed our poor server. Unfortunately, this caused all kinds of chaos. 

Please accept our apologies if you were frustrated by techno-roadblocks!


Because of the trouble, we're extending the offer of 80% off
all audio mp3 sets until December 2nd. (That's also Wald's
birthday, so it's another good reason to celebrate with
you!)

We will be addressing the server issues in the near
future. However, it will be an expensive and time-consuming
process to move up to a dedicated server.
So in the meantime, you might still encounter some
difficulty with our store.

If that happens...

1. Try again a little later. (A spike in traffic may be
causing the problem.)

2. If you get a page that says "Internal Server Error,"
refresh the page and see if that helps.

3. Break up a large order into 2 or 3 smaller orders. (Some
people have told us this made a difference.)

4. Email us at [email protected] and we'll arrange to
take your order over the phone or through PayPal.
