The fruit here in Mexico has been wonderful.
Every morning I can't wait for the fresh fruit plate at breakfast. It's is filled with watermelon, mango, papaya, and beautiful banana slices.
For dessert, this is the perfect time of year to make a Banana Cream Trifle.
You can layer this dessert in one big clear glass bowl or make minis and layer in wine or small juice glasses to make mini desserts.
Either way, it's delicious and it looks so pretty.
