This is the first year we have achieved, with the help of you - our faithful donors, awards for 10 students! Our Renewable Scholarship Program that we instituted in 2021 means that we have four returning students this year, plus six new recipients - four of which will be renewable for 2023! What a blessing it is for us to know that we are able to truly help families make it possible for their children to pursue their educational goals by helping over two years!
We congratulate our 2022 TS Superstar, Jeremy Albergo, who was recognized by his mayor and Town Council on Tourette Syndrome Awareness Day for sharing his experiences and educating others, particularly his high school peers. Learn more about Jeremy and all of our recipients on our website here.
From future attorneys and musicians to doctors, writers and researchers...ALL of our students living with Tourette Syndrome have grown personally, from learning to thrive in spite of their condition. In fact, some of our recipients and applicants have been generous enough to allow us to do what we do every
year - publish their scholarship essays on our website to help others who are dealing with TS. Read the 2022 essays here.
Our students are starting the fall semester and we wish them a successful experience! If you would like to help us continue our mission to provide financial encouragement to students with Tourette Syndrome and send children to Tourette Syndrome summer camp, please click here. We are grateful to you for being a part of the D4TS family!
Warmly,
