Happy New Year - May you Enjoy Much Peace, Love, and Joy in 2020!
“The Buddha awakened to interdependent co-arising and the insight that there is no solid and enduring reality. In turn, he taught that our failure to recognize the flux and fluidity of existence produces an inaccurate and therefore unsatisfying relationship with the flow of life. An analogy clarifies this process: If we assume that the universe is a regenerative system that, for illustrative purposes, is arising or emerging at a
pace of, say, 100 frames per second, and if we further assume that in everyday life our pace of perception is functioning at, say, 25 frames per second, then the regenerative universe will not appear to us as flashing into existence at each moment but rather will seem to be a seamless whole of solidity that endures over time. "

Why is Lloyd’s of London excluding insurance coverage for 5G? - "Curious that Lloyds of London
has excluded from their policies any negative health effects caused by wi-fi technologies. And, why are other insurance companies following Lloyds’ lead? Lloyd’s November 2010 Risk Assessment Team’s Report gives us a solid clue: the report compares these wireless technologies with asbestos, in that the early research on asbestos was “inconclusive” and only later did it become obvious to anyone paying attention
that asbestos causes cancer. The result? Lloyds opted to exclude coverage for wi-fi related illnesses.

The author of "The
Hidden Life of Trees" claims Trees communicate, have feelings, and look after each other like couples.
" They are very considerate in sharing sunlight, and their root systems are closely connected. When one dies, the other usually dies soon afterward, because they are dependent on each other. All the trees in every forest that is not too damaged, are connected to each other through underground fungal networks. Trees share water and nutrients through these networks and also use
them to communicate. They send distress signals about drought and disease, for example, or insect attacks and other trees alter their behavior when they receive these messages.” ~Galactic Connection
Mind-Body Harmony
Understanding that Everything is Energetic Vibration, Learning to see how the Mind creates Physical Reality, and why we are Spiritual Beings having a Material Experience
- The Ancient Power of Chanting (Mantra) - “Every element of the Universe is in a constant state of vibration manifested to us as light, sound, and energy. The human senses perceive only a fraction of the infinite range of
vibration, so it is difficult to comprehend that the Word mentioned in the Bible is actually the totality of vibration which underlies and sustains all creation. A person can tune his or her own consciousness into the awareness of that totality with the use of a mantra. By vibrating in rhythm with the breath to a particular sound that is proportional to the creative sound, or sound current, one can expand one’s sensitivity to the entire spectrum of vibration. It is similar to striking a note on
a stringed instrument. In other words, as you vibrate, the Universe vibrates with you.”
- Neuro-researcher Dr. Joe Dispenza measuring how focused meditation leads to significant physiological changes and healing - "The brain scans we are recording when some of our students are in these supernatural theta brainwave patterns are occurring 10-15
standard deviations outside of normal. To give you an idea just how far out of range that is, if you were to measure a sampling of people’s height, weight, eyesight, hearing, liver function, intelligence, and so on, 99.7% of the population will fall within three standard deviations either above or below normal. That means our community has consistently been falling between 7 – 12 standard deviations outside normal, which is very significant. In fact, it’s supernatural. When in this theta
state, a person’s body is completely relaxed yet an increase in energy occurs in the person’s brain. The processing of this energy happens as the parasympathetic nervous system (the dominant nervous system of relaxation that deals with metabolic functions of the body) takes the body into a relaxed, semi-sleep state. When in this restful state, your breathing goes down while your digestion, metabolism, assimilation, and elimination work to create inner balance and restoration in the
body."

How Silence Awakens Your World, By Paul Lenda. "Enjoy the silence. It’s hard to find these days. It really does seem like you need to go up a mountain and climb into a cave to find silence. Even then, you will have the intruding sounds of airplanes overhead. What is a person seeking relief from this loud, loud world to do?"
- MD, Quantum Biologist, and former Medical School Professor Dr. Bruce Lipton - succinctly explaining(video) how our physical reality is energetic vibration - Part 1 - and how to master that energy to create perfect health. Part 2 is here.
Proactive Access to Knowledge and Wisdom Expanding our Consciousness /
Awareness to be fully in control of our Heart, Mind and Reality Unity Consciousness
Experiencing the Singular Truth of Oneness - the Realization of All residing within the Divine Source
- A Practical Guide to Chasing the Mystical - "There are four states of consciousness: wakefulness, sleeping, dreaming, and the transcendental. The transcendental state of
consciousness is a state of awareness that is often associated with mystical experiences, and it’s the mystical that allows us to experience another aspect of the self. To say this another way, this means we have to transcend the known self to experience some other aspect of our potential unknown self. To get beyond the known self is what begins to fill in the mystery of the self, and that moment awakens us to our journey back to Source. In other words, there is more to you than meets the
eye."
- Love is the Answer: What it Means, Feels Like, & Why it’s is the Key to Everything. What is Love? Love is the name of the harmonic force which binds the entire universe together.
Love is the label we give to describe the highest frequency available within Source, at Source itself, and at that blissful, euphoric, all-knowing state of consciousness, there is no degree of separation whatsoever between wisdom, knowledge, understanding, power, potential, light, and freewill creator ability. Love is the conscious energy which makes up the fabric of existence itself. If you like the term God, then Love is God and God is love. While we’re here in the flesh, love could be
thought of as the visceral sensation of pure, intimate self-knowingness and oneness.
- Who Says Anger Isn’t Spiritual? Embracing Anger on the Spiritual Path - "According to many spiritual practices, if we want to attain spiritual awakening, we must avoid anger and other “low vibration” emotions. However, this is
deceptively untrue, and, in fact, before we are fully awake, overriding anger can actually be a form of spiritual bypass that keeps us asleep. Here’s why…"
- IMAGINING ‘LIFE CULTURE’ - Let’s look at imagining what a Life Culture would be. In ES Guardian context, we call Life Culture – World Humanism. Imagine that we did live in a world where people wanted to live in harmony with the natural laws
and therefore all people on the planet were treated with love, dignity and respect. They were equally educated in creating balanced and holistic lifestyles with others. Imagine that our communities and societies were founded upon organizational policies and programs that are based in a shared humanitarian value of co-creating world humanism, shaping our communities and world through modelling behaviours. ~Lisa Rene at Energetic Synthesis

The Power of Mindfulness - Non-reactivity is essential to break free of painful memories of the past that are triggers or worries and concerns about a future that hasn’t occurred. It is living in the moment and experiencing things as they are, not what our various emotional reactions color them to be. Those emotions / memories reside in our subconscious mind. 95% of a person’s daily actions
and reactions are from the subconscious. We are therefore a walking habit. Mindfulness breaks that pattern and lets us live fully in the present moment. This allows us to experience life as it is. It also gives us the opportunity to reclaim our inherent divine power to create our future reality from the power of our thoughts and emotions that we choose in the now moment (rather than recycle what we have experienced in the past or inadvertently create a future we don't want through fearful
thoughts.).

Spiritualist Michael Jeffreys on Impermanence - Why trying to hold on to anything creates Suffering. "Trying to hold on to anything, good or bad, creates suffering. Why? Because everything that arises is impermanent. It's temporary. Like a cloud in the sky or a soap bubble. There's nothing there but an impermanent image that soon transforms / morphs into a different impermanent image all by itself.
What do all images, thoughts, feelings, sensations, in fact every object that appears in our consciousness have in common? They're empty. They have no inherent existence. No core. No solidity. Which means that the thought / image is as real as you believe it to be, because you are what's feeding it, giving it power, illuminating it. Like a neon sign needs power to illuminate, your thoughts need your attention to seem real. You could just as easily lose in interest in the thought /
image and it will literally disappear / dissolve away. How can it do that? Because it was never really there as a reality, as a real thing. It was only every an image in your mind." [My addition: Thoughts are very powerful. They are choices at a quantum level that manifest real experiences that you are choosing to experience. So choosing our thoughts carefully is very important not only to alleviate suffering as Michael Jeffreys beautifully illustrates above, but if used skillfully,
they are also the driver of the life experiences you desire.]
