I hope you are well today.
All of us have parts of ourselves that we struggle with. It may be things that we feel shameful about, or hurts that have been with us for many years.
Your natural inclination may be to shove these vulnerabilities into a dark closet to never see the light of day. However, ignoring these aspects of ourselves brings us greater suffering in the long run.
Are you ready to start making peace with your vulnerability?
By finding patience and understanding for ourselves, we can start to treat ourselves and our hurts with more kindness.
