I wanted to reach out to let you know that I'll be leading a very special intimate weekend retreat from November 30th - December 2nd, with rich teachings, practices and interaction to support you right now with Sustainable Happiness!
We will be gathering at the Kripalu Center located in the beautiful Berkshires (Massachusetts) on November 30 - December 2. The retreat is open to everyone of *all* experience levels (bring partners, family, friends, colleagues - it's fun to be together). It's a great opportunity to unplug for a weekend and explore the science, practice and experience in community of what creates a sustaining practice in mindful living together.
You'll deepen your sense of playful interconnectedness with others and learn:
- Foundational techniques for soothing the body and calming the frenetic mind
- The science and essential practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, and play
- Creative exercises and activities to enhance learning, benefit the brain, develop a mindful mindset, and keep you motivated
- How to curate your environments to
deepen your sense of interconnectedness with the universe and others, and seamlessly integrate mindful-living practices into your life and relationships.
Through practice, conversation, activities and play we'll go deeper into bringing Mindful Living in our daily lives in a sustainable way.
