A few years ago, I set out to create a shirt design that honored the Goose & Gridiron Tavern in London. In 1717, It served as the backdrop to the incorporation of the Premiere Grand Lodge of England. I wanted it to incorporate the original sign that adorned that tavern, along with discretely placed symbols related to
Freemasonry. Brothers loved the design and wore it proudly.
This year, I decided to expand my Masonic Taverns collection to include The Green Dragon Tavern. This historical tavern is referred to as the "Headquarters of the Revolution" for the role it played in the American Revolution. It's believed to have been where the Boston Tea Party was orchestrated, where Paul Revere's Midnight Ride originated, and years later housed the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts.
