This season is filled with so many activities and obligations it can be both wonderful and exhausting!
I like to "fill my
bucket" during this hectic time of year by taking time to scrapbook holiday photos from the previous year (or years) and by looking through albums of past holiday photos with Christmas songs playing in the background. It always gets me into the holiday spirit.
Whatever your
holiday routine is, I hope it is filling your bucket with joy.

Sometimes you want your beautiful patterned paper to show through!
The Clover dies are a wonderful example of an Adventure Level (L3) set that looks amazing with pattern paper showing through. You can now create this look with the NEW Grid Template. Paije used all of the dies from the Clover die set to make the interlocking four loops on this Christmas page. She added plaid patterned paper to the places the loops intersected, but kept the very center and the outside sections open so you can see the beautiful wood grain. We also love how Paije journaled around the Clover die loops.
You can make a similar layout for Christmas with the NEW Grid Template by
only marking the grid on your pattern paper where you need the dies to line up.

You only need to mark the grid enough to align your dies, then your background paper can shine through! Lauren placed her X-Factor die cuts and photos on the back of our 12x12 Wood Planks grid paper from the Weekend Collection. She filled in her X Factor and Double X Factor dies with just enough
green plaid as if a ribbon was running through them.
Besides her photos, the rest of the design spots are left open so you can see the wood patterned paper.
