Month in Review pages are a
bit of a commitment; but, they are my absolute favorite pages to flip though.
Most of my review pages are basic but well organized. The focus is on the memories they hold more than the aesthetics.
Take
a moment to scroll through this email. I think you'll find the month in review pages from our design team inspiring. I hope you will join in with a plan to make your own review pages this coming year.
You can still register for the Year to Remember Class-N-Crop, if you haven't yet. (See info below.)
Scrapbooking is like time traveling. Month in Review layouts help you go back and relive the happy
moments. Creating a month in review layout allows you to document these precious moments and preserve them for years to come.
Don't forget to include little details that might seem trivial, but hold sentimental value. Maybe it's a picture of a favorite meal you enjoyed or a quote that inspired you during that month. Jodi added pictures of
the flowers and trees around her. They help identify the where and when of her page and other photos she added. These small touches will add depth and character to your layout.
As Jodi created her month in review layout, she took the time to reflect on the moments that made her happy, the challenges she overcame, and the growth she experienced.
She can now embrace the nostalgia when she looks at this layout of August and let herself be transported back to those special times.
Once your layout is complete, take a moment to admire your work and revel in the joy it brings. Display it in a prominent place or share it with loved ones to spread the happiness and nostalgia.
In the fast-paced world we live in, it's easy to let memories slip away and get lost in the shuffle of everyday life. But by creating a month in review layout, you can capture those good times and enjoy them for longer. It's a way to slow down, appreciate the small moments, and relive the happiness they brought.
So grab your scrapbooking supplies and start time traveling through your memories today.

Making a Month in Review layout can and should be a regular monthly occurrence in your crafting space.
It gives you an opportunity to tell your story, to reflect on
your month, to see what you have been spending your time doing, and to visualize what's important to you.
Pajie's May 2023 shows how much she enjoyed the beach, her family, and visiting with family friends that month. Her monthly story tells so much about her. She was super busy that month working on the beach house and enjoying the visit with her
little niece. When her family friends came to the beach they enjoyed the sights. She even had room to add a little bit of work with a picture at the scrapbooking show.
A Month in Review is also a nice way to add a bit of everything on one layout when you don't have a big event or trip with a lot of photos.
Whether you have a ton of photos or a few photos from here and there, make a Month in Review each month to see where you have been and where you are going (literally and figuratively!).
Calendar Pages Make Month in Review Layouts a Snap!
"December 2022" by Paije Potter
Calendar pages are one of our favorite ways to create our Month in Review
layouts.
Perfectly designed for a month, there's room for up to 35 photos; 36 or more if you count the open space above the calendar squares. Each square is 1.5x1.5 inches.
On this December 2022 page, she
added a beautiful 4x6 photo of the close up of a decadent Christmas decoration that she placed around her calendar as a gorgeous filler. She also added a strip of Christmas typewritten phrases pattern paper for the few days she had no photos to show, but it embodies her feelings of this month. In several sections, she summed up the big events of the week where she didn't have a photo. In a couple of spots, she added plaid pattern paper for contrast. Her page is a beautifully layered Month in
Review where she can see exactly what happened each day. Her handwritten days above the calendar adds a special touch as well as the sweet stitched heart at the end of her month title at the top.
The Calendar pages are absolutely designed to make monthly pages, and it's a snap to use them for Month in Review layouts.
