I have always been a big fan of Spring!

Delicate pastel colors, adorable baby animals, flowers popping up everywhere! It is all such a welcome sight after many dark winter days. Don't hate me if you aren't a fan, but I also enjoy daylight saving time. (I'll take more evening light anytime).

Hop into Egg-cellence with Wind Spinner

"Easter Surprise" by Jodi Benson - Pattern #961

This page shows Jodi's grand babies having a happy surprise blow in with a visit from the Easter Bunny.

The Wind Spinner dies are a great embellishing addition to this Easter page. They embody spring breezes and gentle warm mornings. Jodi used a spring green for their backgrounds and a creamy white for the die cuts. The two large 2x2 Wind Spinner pieces have a pink circle gem in their centers for an egg-stra special touch of style. The egg pattern paper is a great nod to this bunny's job. The girls now know he'll fill their baskets this year with goodies.

We love how Jodi captured the visit with her 4x6 focal shot of the girls looking at the Easter Bunny from on the porch. It was a shot worth matting with a pink mat and white scallop mat. Last, but not least, the beautiful multi-colored background, 12x12 Gratitude Grid paper from the Happiness collection, is the perfect complement to the rest of the layout's pastel colors.

Jodi created a gorgeous and egg-cellent Easter Bunny layout; you can use the same key design elements to create a similar layout of your own!

Egg Basket Bounty

"Jones Easter 2018" by Lauren Jones - Pattern #387

Easter egg hunts are a staple for kids and adults; the finds are so fun and delicious!

Create an Easter egg hunt page detailing the Easter bounty with a beautiful and full Easter basket in the center of your layout with the Basket Die. Lauren styled hers with a pink bow, plus colorful eggs inside and outside the brown Easter basket. She surrounded the 2x2 die with 1x3 patterned paper strips to make a colorful floral frame. Her egg hunt photos circle around the basket die center.

She used the Layering Die Bundle dies to crop her photos so only 1/8th of an inch of the mats show. She loves how large her pictures can look and still fit on the mats.

You can use the same pattern and center basket design for your Easter egg hunt photos and show off your delicious Easter bounty.
