This week this goes to the ongoing presentations I've had with Danielle Belcourt. A couple years ago, after meeting her as a bridesmaid at a wedding I was shooting, and chatting with her, she offered her insights on creating FaceBook ads.

 

Recently I had her on to give me, and members some updates on the topic of running ads FaceBook and the changes they've made. HERE for members

This one goes to our member Hark Nijar. Hark started his studio a few years ago and started his own Fairy Day right in his own home.

 

He also went after the sports market and things have taken off!

 

We talked this week as he was struggling with the big question of whether to expand into a commercial space. I advised him not to, considering his situation, community, family and the fact that he's really crushing it working from his home.

 

I admit to having a bias towards a home studio, but I didn't let my bias sway my thoughts on it. Hark gets the brass balls award for him gumption to run a photography business like a boss and to have the wherewithal to call me for advice. Smart dude.
