On 25 May 2018, new regulations come into place in the UK governing the use of data. In accordance with those regulations and as part of our compliance with all our legal obligations, we are writing to all Word@Work subscribers to confirm how we use data.

Word@Work holds data in the form of email addresses only for those who have chosen to subscribe. That data is only used for the purposes of sending Word@Work to subscribers. We only use this data as permitted by law

Because of the number of subscribers to Word@Work, we use a third party to help distribute it (AWeber). AWeber is based (outside the EEA) in the USA. We only allow AWeber to use the data for the purpose of sending Word@Work to subscribers. AWeber is also required to keep this data secure and to only process it in accordance with the law.

Subscribers can opt out from receiving Word@Word at any time, by using the link on every email we send.
