In 2020, the WROF, Inc. awarded Peyton Clark with the WROF, Inc. Premier Scholarship. From Ontario, WI, Peyton embarked on her dream of bringing agriculture to the classroom by pursuing a degree in Elementary Education first at Western Technical College, and then at Viterbo University.
In 2021, Reed Martens from Thorp, WI received the WROF, Inc. Premier Scholarship, helping him attend UW-River Falls to earn a degree in Agricultural Business. Having an understanding of the business side of farming was
something that Reed felt was important in expanding and improving his family's dairy goat farm, including his own herd of goats.
In 2022, Tanner Pedretti from Ferryville, WI received the
WROF, Inc. Premier Scholarship, setting him on a path to serve Wisconsin's agricultural community by helping its front-line agricultural workers stay healthy. Tanner is pursuing a pre-physical therapy track at UW-Madison.
This year, SIX high school seniors from rural Wisconsin will be awarded - thanks to the generosity of the WROF, Inc. Board for increasing their investment in rural Wisconsin's brightest.
One award of $5,000 will be presented to the selected Premier Scholar.
Two awards, each $2,500, will be presented to the top two
runners-up for the Premier Scholarship.
Three awards, each $1,000, will be presented to the next top three runners-up.
Finalists will be selected by an ad hoc committee.
