Kid-Friendly Healthy Eating: Online Cooking Class
Last week I hosted an online class teaching about how Thrive can help you and your family eat a little bit healthier without being too expensive or time-consuming. We've been having a lot of fun in my new meal-in-a-jar monthly group. You sign up via email and I send a recipe (or two) each month including a Thrive shopping list, labels, and instructions on how to put your jars together.
