What has been your biggest challenge in business and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge has been to balance time between Business, Family & Leisure. Over 30+ years of traditional Business ranging from Building to Fashion Retail, it has been a challenge that we've met with ranging success. It has become apparent, that in traditional Business our time really is not ours, and that elusive Lifestyle never seems to materialize.

The way we overcame that was as we found a Home Based Business last year, which is based on Personal Development and helping others to achieve their dream lifestyle as well. It is a Business we can be absolutely Passionate about, but at the same time not compromising on Lifestyle. Within 4 months we closed our Traditional Business, and have not looked back.

Question 2
If you had to start your business again from scratch, what would you do differently?

If I was able to wind back the years, I'd have my present Home Based Business at the time when our children were growing up. We both could've been home with them, attended all School, etc activities, also having less Financial pressure.

Who do you admire and why?

Role models are hard to find. I admire my Mother, as she always has a heart for others.I admire anyone who is passionate about life in total.

It takes a lot of determination and dedication to succeed in business.What keeps you motivated?

In our present business it is easy to keep motivated, when we see people achieve and create their own new reality. There is no greater motivator than that.

What are your 3 biggest success tips?

You must decide exactly what you want.
Stay away from negative people.
