If your workflow (or your clients) is centered around Creative Cloud then you'll find several interesting discussions on the latest Adobe workflows for digital video professionals.

If you were a Puget customer and had a problem with your Windows Update then what steps would they take you through to solve it? They've documented their workflow for the rest of us.

Do you know how editors are always looking for the 'auto' color grading tool? Well, finishing colorists who need to mix for final delivery may need an 'auto' audio mixing tool. Enter from stage right, Levelmatic: "Dynamically adjust playback levels so that no part sounds too loud or too quiet."

Maybe you recognize the name of colorist and developer Nikolai Waldman? He brought us the nifty and useful ResolveCollect utility. Now he brings us a new solution that is selling at a 50% discount during the COVID crisis, "DejaEdit is a collaborative editing solution for Avid Media Composer, Avid Nexis, and EditShare. Media and timelines are automatically transferred between you and your co-workers around the world without the need to be online at all times."
I'm pleased to see that Cinedeck is extending its free license program through April 30th, 2020. If you've missed me talking about this app previously, click through to check it out. It's a nifty utility for anyone rendering files on a deadline, with last-minute revisions. Their licensing options cover even occasional use.

This update fixes crashing issues in FCPx and is highly recommended to install.
