Before you check out the "high
tension" curls below, I wanted to
let you know that there is ONLY
5 days left to join the June 2016
CPPS class

Don't miss out!

We crushed arms at the end of last
night's workout and we put a little
twist on it.

Using two gym towels, we turned
a regular bicep exercise into a
grip killer.

You have to try this out:

By being forced to grip the towels
tight, you increase tension, engage
more muscle fibers, and make the
exercise 10x harder
!

What I didn't show in the videos is
that we did a drop set into thick rope
curls and it literally felt like my arms
were going to explode.

This curl variation is so simple to
setup
and is super effective.

Before you head into the weekend,
I wanted to share a story that really
connected with me.

Today's message is about letting
go and self-love.

---------------------------------

Please read this short story:

There once lived a great warrior.

Though quite old, he still was
able to defeat any challenger
.

His reputation extended far and
wide throughout the land and many
students gathered to study under
him.

One day an infamous young warrior
arrived at the village. He was
determined to be the first man to
defeat the great master
. Along with
his strength, he had an uncanny
ability to spot and exploit any
weakness in an opponent
.

He would wait for his opponent to make
the first move, thus revealing a weakness,
and then would strike with merciless
force and lightning speed. No one had
ever lasted with him in a match beyond
the first move
.

Much against the advice of his concerned
students, the old master gladly accepted
the young warrior's challenge. As the two
squared off for battle, the young warrior
began to hurl insults at the old master
.

He threw dirt and spit in his face. For
hours he verbally assaulted him with
every curse and insult known to mankind.

But the old warrior merely stood there
motionless and calm. Finally, the young
warrior exhausted himself.

Knowing he was defeated, he left feeling shamed.

Somewhat disappointed that he did not
fight the insolent youth, the students
gathered around the old master and questioned
him.

"How could you endure such an indignity?

How did you drive him away?"

"If someone comes to give you a gift and
you do not receive it,
" the master replied,

"to whom does the gift belong?"

---------------------------------

Some people will disappoint you and
disrespect you.

Some people will cross boundaries and
not follow the rules you set for yourself
on how you want to be treated.

But, how long will you carry this around
with you?

Will you accept this disrespect and insults
and allow it to change who you are and
how you live your life
?

Or, will you let it go?

Are you strong enough and have enough
self-love to continue being an amazing
and kind person
and let the negative
opinions of others fall on deaf ears?

You got this!

Rage!

Check out the note Tom sent us after
he became certified through the CPPS
Academy:

The CPPS Certification is not your
typical run of the mill, cookie cutter
certification
.

What sets CPPS apart from the rest,
is the real world application and
approaches
to training that Joe D.
and Jim Smith's years of knowledge
and experience show with every
demonstration and explanation.

They make it easy-to-understand and
even easier-to-apply to your clients

right out of the gates.  The program
design model alone has benefited my
clients and athletes tremendously.

My ability to explain and break down
the fundamental movements separates
me from the other local trainers
in
my area, and my clients have already
seen PR's in almost all of the core
lifts.

I have already gained numerous clients
from the word of mouth about my coaching
knowledge
and application of the training
methods I have learned during the CPPS
course.

I had the option of taking the course
online through the first CPPS Online
Academy and it was an awesome
experience.

The video modules make it feel like you
are right there as part of the class
and
the ability to access that info anytime I
want is like being able to get a one on
one coaching tutorial anytime I need it.

I would highly recommend this course to
anyone
looking to take their coaching to
the next level. Joe and Jim know what
they are doing and have proven it time
and time again.
