Hard erection factor #1: Confidence

This is a follow up email to yesterday newsletter where I was replying to a great hard working, highly motivated Team Juicing Masters member. As I was replying, when I saw that my answer was to be 4 pages long, I told myself:


Woah. I’m going to overwhelm my guys with a shower of good info!


So I decided to break it down into smaller chunk to take the elements 1 by 1.


Today, I’m going to talk about performance anxiety and sexual confidence.


Tomorow it is going to be about libido and sexual appetite and Wednesday it is going to be about penile health. So open up your emails tomorrow and wednesday!


Performance anxiety and sexual confidence:

Even a perfectly physically working penis can suffer of ED. I have wrote about that in the newsletter last year here, here and here.


The way to figure out if this is the source of your issues is very simple. Is your ED happen all the time or only in some situations?


If you have solid morning woods, have no problems having solid erections by yourself and have a hard time maintaining an erection with a new partner (I have a funny video showing the phenomenom. I just cannot publish it publicly. If interested, hit the reply button and ask me about it privately…)


One way that I do to fully eliminate anxiety very occasionally (3-4 times per year), it is to smoke some weed. This has the effect to fully remove all inhibitions and transform anyone into a sexual horny beast. You cannot rely on that solution as smoking weed isn’t healthy but since it is becoming legal many areas, I thought that I should mention it… at least for experimentation...


Sexual confidence is acquired by have a lot of sexual experience and collecting positive outcome.


If you have given several addicting sexual experiences to your partner, it will be easy for you to come in a new sexual encounter relaxed as you know deep down that it is going to be an extremely pleasurable experience for both of you. Performance anxiety can happen if you perceive your partner sexual skills better than yours.


You may think that you are not affected by performance anxiety but you could be without being aware of it. Your sexual self-image is something that is deeply ingrained into your subconscious mind. Only practice, experience and time can build up your confidence and totally eliminate performance anxiety.
