TOP TIP OF THE DAY 

Eat a protein rich breakfast, forget cereal and toast which will spike your sugar levels and leave you hungry again in a few hours.

Ensure you eat a high fat/good protein style breakfast.

For example:
Why not try eggs?  Eggs are great and there are so many ways to make a dish ie poached, scrambled, boiled or make an omelette.
Salmon, Eggs & Avocado
Organic bacon & eggs cooked in coconut oil

Why not create your own Greens Juice?

Think of it as a healthy fat burning ”brunch”

The fats and protein will keep you going for hours, no need to snack and you feel alert, energised and on top of your game for the rest of the day.
