Hi, my colleague Karen Wellington and I are running a Health & Fitness Weekend at the Queen's Hotel, The Promenade, Llandudno, Friday 28 - 30th October 2016.

ITINERARY FITNESS WEEKEND

FRIDAY 28 OCTOBER

2 pm onwards check in – you can check in before 2 pm and leave your luggage in the storage area
3.30 pm – Meet the hosts
3.45 – 4.30 pm – Zumba with Paula
4.45 – 5.30 pm – Pilates with Karen
6.30 pm – Evening meal & free time

SATURDAY 29 OCTOBER

7.30 – 8.15 am – Yoga/stretch with Karen or walk with Paula
8.15 – 9.00 am – Breakfast
*09.30 – 10.30 am – Talk re skincare with Karen or 9.30 – 10.15 am Total Body Workout with Paula
10.45 – 11.30 am – Pilates Balls with Karen
11.45 – 12.30 pm – KS Extreme v Body Conditioning with Paula
12.30 – 4.00 pm – free time
4.00 – 4.45 pm – Chair Dance with Karen
5.00 – 5.30 pm – Fab Abs with Paula
6.30 pm – Evening meal & free time

SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER

7.30 – 8.15 am – Pilates with Paula or walk with Karen
8.15 – 9.00 am – Breakfast
*09.30 – 10.30 am – Talk re healthy eating, fitness and wellness with Paula or 09.30 – 10.15 am Pilates HIIT with Karen
10.45 – 11.30 am – Tone and Groan with Paula
11.45 – 12.30 pm – Trigger Point Myofascial Release with Karen
12.30 – 12.45 pm  Talk from the hosts

Sunday 10 am – Check out.  Leave your luggage in the storage area.
