Glass Toggle Clasp for Jewelry

My new favorite way to finish off necklaces is with an all glass toggle clasp.  This works particularly well for large statement style necklaces.
To make your own toggle clasp, fuse a glass donut as the loop half of the clasp, and make a fused toggle.  The toggle is two glass strips, slightly longer than the outside of the donut.  Fuse the two strips together with a nichrome loop between them.
The beautiful blue necklace in the top photo will be in next weeks tutorial.  We are excited to announce the Sea Turtle Mold and the Ladybug Mold are finished and ready to ship.  You can order them on the website anytime.

Spring has finally arrived here in Utah, I hope the weather is just as lovely wherever you are!
