New Zealand, Your Mojo and What You Can Do

Published: Wed, 02/22/17

Good morning ,

I hope all is going well for you.

Just a quick catch up from me, I have written a blog post for you to take a look at and I also wanted to share with you
a little something.

I had the pleasure of catching up briefly with Mike (who works with me) this morning who is out in New Zealand working with one of our clients getting them ready for a massive year of competition and challenges!

Mike deserves this opportunity for too many reasons and I am eternally grateful for the person he is, his professionalism and his skill level!

This opportunity all came about after we stuck our necks on the line and said we could play a small part in helping someone achieve an incredible feat of endurance and skill back in November 2014.

The world record dream came true in July 2016 and it was great to be part of it.

Lesson for us all there....... DO THE WORK FIRST........ There is no reward until its DONE!

Whatever your ambition.....take the "risk", get your head down, work SMART and then enjoy the process!

Now, that blog post for you......

How To Keep Enjoying Your Training

First things first….it’s not all about burpees and broccoli…….sorry to disappoint you!

You see if it was, every gym would be getting results!

And they aren’t……

That’s why it pays not to follow the crowd when it comes to your fitness…….

We don’t do “normal” things………. in fact we have been quoted on the radio by one of our clients as being “crazy”....
