This company dropped everything to support moms during COVID-19

By switching gears to help moms during COVID-19, this entrepreneur built a highly-engaged email list in the process. Here are the 4 steps she used to create a following of people who know, like, and trust her. Trisha Novotny, Founder of 24/7 Moms, knew she had to do something to help her audience. Moms are facing overwhelm and fear during COVID-19, so she pivoted from creating new products to providing constant support and community. "I told my audience, 'Hey, we're going to survive this together. These are my tips for you to survive,'" says Novotny. 24/7 Moms launched two free initiatives to support Moms during COVID-19 — a new live stream show called "Mommin' it Daily," and a Facebook group called "School Closure Survival for Moms." Moms could not get enough of the new content. Within days, her Facebook group had over 1,900 active moms, and the Facebook live show had over 2,000 views of the first episode. Find out how Novotny used email marketing, social media, and lead magnets to give her audience the tools they need to be equipped, inspired, and connected — and how Novotny grew her email list in the process. Plus, see examples of her giveaways and the emails she sent to her audience. You could be the next customer success story.
