Hi there friend,
When I was in my early twenties I started a boutique design and development agency with a few friends. I learned all sorts of things, made every mistake I possibly could, and developed a deep belief
that imagery has a huge impact on the way people perceive you and whether they’ll ultimately buy from you.
So when I go to write a newsletter, I’m really conscious of the images I use. I want them to be clear and helpful, but also reinforce the fact that I know what I’m talking about.
But I don’t have all the time in the world to fiddle with my imagery, so I needed to find something that would let me quickly edit and refine images without pulling me into the black hole of Photoshop.
Enter Canva, a super simple - but surprisingly powerful image creation tool. Canva is so helpful that we built it
right into our editors so you can create or edit images with the push of a button.
I’m going to introduce you to some of the most helpful ways I use Canva to edit the images in my email (in future editions I’ll walk through creating new images in Canva and using Canva’s AI features to do some absolutely wild things).
