What We've Done Since the Recent DDoS Attack
Dear Loyal and Valued Customers,

We'd like to apologize for any interruption of our service that you may have experienced in the last week.

As you may already know, we had been under repetitive Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks since last Monday, February 24th, causing our service to be unavailable at various times. Please know that none of our services have been breached, and that no data has been compromised by the attackers.

We'd like to give you some more details about what's happened and what we're doing moving forward.
