Congratulations and Thank You to Ed Winfield!

Congratulations to Ed Winfield on his new position as Program Director at Retro Fitness Plus 2 opening in Edgemont in September. We would like to thank Ed for all of his work at Strength for Life since we opened in 2015.

Strength for Life will continue to provide the exceptional service and value that our clients have come to expect. Join us as we wish Ed success in his new position.

A letter to our clients from Ed

To All Strength For Life Members;

Hello to all Strength for Life Members,

I wanted everyone to know first-hand, that I will no longer be affiliated with Strength for Life fitness.

I had the pleasure serving you for over 5 years, creating and establishing an atmosphere of strength, fitness, wellness and hopefully professionalism and fun. We started with a strong vision and purpose and it slowly has grown. I have established great relationships with most of you, helped train the staff and have seen them grow into an incredible team. I have put everything that I can into SFL to try and make it a strong and viable business. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been enough and I needed to find solid employment elsewhere.

I will miss you and hopefully will be able to come by once in a while to see your progress. I am proud of you all, you have come a long way and continue to excel, meeting your fitness and personal goals. We have been through a lot together and I wish everyone well. This was a very difficult decision for me to make, but in the end, it’s the right one for myself and my family, I hope you can understand.

I am proud of our Trainers and feel that I am leaving you in capable hands. They are a strong team and I will stay in contact with them.
