Here’s the truth - you cannot be empowered in your health if you do not understand the WHY behind the changes you’re making.
It doesn't matter how fantastic your practitioner is or how many supplements you buy - if you don’t understand WHY you’re doing it, you will hit a plateau in your healing and your results will come to a
halt.
True empowerment in Perimenopause is less about the stuff you own and more about the things that you choose to do for and with your body every single day.
Physically, mentally and emotionally.
Most women think that they don't have to even start to worry about things like Perimenopause or menopause until they're into their mid 40’s or their 50’s.
And that is absolutely not true.
Our ovaries
start to decline and begin to make their journey towards perimenopause into the beginning of our 30s.
It's typically by our mid to late 30s when we start to feel the symptoms, things that are shifting and happening.
But we're really missing an opportunity if we wait as late as possible.
You DO NOT have to wait until…
- you have really sporadic periods or no period at all
- you have
hot flashes.
- you don't sleep well anymore.
- your skin changes.
If you do wait, it's not too late!
However, if we have the education + information in our 30’s and start as soon as possible, that will have a PROFOUND impact on how you experience Perimenopause and Menopause when it does happen to you.
As women we have the same physiological shifts and phases and changes that we are going to
experience.
All of us will experience them completely uniquely.
The life that you are living, the experiences that you’ve had up to this point, your schedule, your habits, your stressors, your blessings, ALL of the things happening in your life now will contribute to the way you feel in the future.
Same in terms of the nutrition you're supporting your body with, the movement that you choose to do, the quality of your environment, quality
of sleep, and having purpose and joy in life.
All of these things are massive contributing factors to how well, how vital and how vibrant we will feel in our bodies moving forward.
And all of those things play a role in our body composition, in the health of our hair, our skin, and our brain function.
THIS is the truth about Perimenopause - you have the opportunity RIGHT NOW to make changes before sh*t hits the fan.
You
also have the opportunity to make changes if the symptoms have already hit.
