When you have issues going on with the gut, it's
not a matter of if, it's a matter of WHEN it's going to show up in your mood.
It's going to show up in your cognition.
It's going to show up in your brain fog and headaches.
It will show up as lethargy.
You may feel like you can’t show up and do the
things that you say you want to do, because you’re feeling in a fog all the time, and your body feels like it's sensitive to everything.
