When we hear things like creating a strong immune system, supporting our immune system, boosting immunity — I think it’s imperative that we are also reminded that it is nearly impossible, especially as women, for us to have a supported immune system if you don’t have a supported nervous system.
Supporting your nervous system and your adrenals should be at the top of your list if keeping your immune system strong is important to you.
