Perimenopause is a lengthy journey that can begin for some women as early as mid-30’s and last into their 50’s. On average a woman will spend 8-12 years in Perimenopause with subtle changes starting in her mood, energy, emotions, body composition, sleep, her period, libido, hair and skin.
Deeper and more pronounced changes arising closer to her early 40’s and beyond that make it quite obvious things are changing and the way she used to eat, move, live and be are no longer feeling supportive.
