Q: What will we talk about inside of the LIVE classes?
- You will join me live each week for 70-75
minutes for 8 weeks

- Week 3: Tests to request and how to understand your results - You Must Know Your Numbers! - Wednesday June 19th - 4pm pst / 7pm est
- Week 4: Body Recomposition, Fat Loss & Muscle Building Specifically for
Perimenopause - Wednesday June 26th - 4pm pst / 7pm est
- Week 5: Hormone Replacement Therapy - Wednesday July 3rd - 4pm pst / 7pm est
- Week 6 (Part 1): Symptoms and Solutions - Wednesday July 10th - 4pm pst / 7pm est

Q: Are the classes recorded?
YES! The recordings will be uploaded into your membership site within 24-48 business hours. However I do encourage you to show up live to our classes whenever possible to get the most from this experience.
Q: Is this program taught by Jenn Pike?
YES! I lead and
teach all of my programs :)
Q: Is a consultation with a Practitioner included in this program?
A consultation is available as a completely optional add on, but it is not included in the program. The purpose of this program is to provide you with an exceptional level of education around Perimenopause and your body! You can choose to add a consult to this program at any time if you feel
you need one.
Q: If I choose to upgrade and work with a Practitioner, will the coach review my blood work?
If you have recent blood work, you can submit your MOST RECENT blood work to your coach 48 business hours in advance of your session and your coach will review it.
Q: If I choose to upgrade and work
with a Practitioner, what if I want to add more sessions with my coach?
You have the option of adding a full 1:1 Perimenopause Package to your program after meeting with your coach. We advise that you meet with your coach FIRST and then decide from there what the best next step will be.
Q: I’ve done The Hormone Project in the past. How is this different?
This program is hyper-focused on one specific phase of your hormone journey: Perimenopause. There is also a new Perimenopause Protocol, plus workouts specific to Perimenopause. While there may be concepts from THP that overlap, inside The Perimenopause Project we are diving DEEP into all things Perimenopause + dialing in on nutrition, lifestyle and support strategies specific to this phase.
