If every meal could be a bowl that's what I'd prefer 😝
I keep life in the kitchen simple. While I RARELY use a recipe, I included one for you below, with a balance of protein, fat and fibre so you know how to build one moving forward.
Really, you can use it as a jumping off point! I've also included a few other ideas to help you simplify things in the kitchen as we head into the summer.
If you find yourself opening the fridge and wondering what you can eat, this will make it A LOT easier to pull something healthy and delicious together in minutes.
- Cook up proteins like chicken, meat and eggs (or tofu if you're plant based) to have on hand
- Roast a few trays of veggies every Sunday with drizzled avocado oil + herbs; sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots and peppers as a few ideas!
- Pre-wash a variety of greens & chop raw veggies like carrots, cucumber and celery so they're ready to grab by the handful to add to any
meal.
