We recently did a poll inside of our Synced membership and we asked what everyones favourite class style - it was Full Body Strength training hands down!
I'm not surprised - if you're going to carve out time to workout, this class will help you hit all the major muscle groups in
30-ish minutes.
HOWEVER, I believe the reason why our community loves this work so much is because the OTHER classes offered inside the studio are providing the important accessory movement that makes classes like this possible - mobility work, muscle recovery, stretch and release plus core and booty work. All of this together helps to create a body that can show up for a class like this
one!
Because this is a sneak peek class, I wanted to choose a class that was easy to say yes to. SO, I chose an equipment-free workout for you.
The full body strength classes inside Synced usually require free-weights, but this one doesn't! Don't worry, you're still going to sweat with me
