Hey
Today’s video is a 30-min strength training session that will focus on your lower body +
booty.
Usually when I share a sneak peek from within our Synced fitness studio, I share a shorter yoga or pilates flow.
Today, I want to give you a taste of something a little longer (30 min) and something a little different!
This is the perfect type of movement to be doing during your Ovulatory phase or even early Luteal, when you have a little extra energy to give.
It's not going to be super intense, but it will create a certain level of engagement that you only get from
focused, intentional movement and excellent form!
Equipment needed
- A set of free weights -- I'll let you decide the weight and I'll queue you during
the video as to which ones to select
- If you don't have free weights -- YOU CAN STILL DO THIS WITHOUT THE WEIGHTS! Grab a weighted item sitting around your house and join me anyway OR skip the weights and just focus on good form.
- A booty band
