Movement is one of my absolute favourite forms of self-care.
I’m asked all the time, “why do you exercise everyday”?
There’s so many reasons. I’ve been moving my body my whole life. I wake up and feel my way into movement because I know it’s a gift.
The gift of standing tall, taking a deep breath, bending down and reaching high, practicing yoga, amping up my mobility, lifting weights, rolling out the tight spaces of life and
leaning into the joy of my own progress.
