Despite losing his brother, Duane, in a tragic motorcycle accident before reaching the true heights of rock and roll god-ship, Gregg Allman went on to lead The Allman Brothers Band to another 45 years of greatness. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who isn’t familiar with one of their songs.

While awesome musically, it’s not something I’d call “great.” I wanted to include it because I just love the picture on the front of this album. I love fall, and have such good memories as a kid both listening to this album while my dad had it on, and this picture totally brings back memories of me kicking through leaves in some cordoroys.
