I hope you have had a great weekend. 

We have 2 full weeks of classes before the next bank holiday, starting with Dance Fitness and Yoga tomorrow. 

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from Monday 15 - Sunday 21 May. The theme this year is Anxiety. Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid - particularly about things that are about to happen, or which we think could happen in the future. It is a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. Remember its ok not to be ok, seeking help is a sign of strength. Lets support each other and prioritise mental health in the workplace and beyond.  

Exercise can help with anxiety. Dancing can be a great way to boost your mood. It is a fun and social activity that can make you feel happier and more positive. Yoga can help people to combine working out with controlled breathing. If you haven't been to one of the classes for a while why not try one this week FREE or if you know anyone who would like to try a fitness class bring them along. 

Caroline is running a Yin Yoga class on Sunday 4th June, 4 pm for one hour, at Hazel Grove Bowling and Tennis Club.  If you have a silver or bronze membership the price will be £7.00 and non members £8.00. Let me know if you are interested by email [email protected] or text 07986290088.

Monday 29th May - bank holiday.
Ali - Monday 19th June and Monday 17th July.
Paula - week commencing Monday 17th July, all week.
Paula - Wednesday 23rd August to Wednesday 30th August inclusive. Classes return Thursday 31st August.
