I hope you had a lovely weekend, feeling okay and ready for a good week. 

Brenda's funeral will take place on Monday 20th March at 1.45 pm at the Rowan Chapel, Stockport Cemetery. If anyone would like to make a donation there will be an envelope at all the classes next week. The money will go to cancer research.

I am looking at adding a class on a Wednesday evening around 6 pm. If this is of interest can you let me know if there is a particular class you would like to see on the timetable. I was thinking of another dance class at is is popular but happy to see what your thoughts are. Thank you to those who have responded suggestions are Bums, Legs & Tums, Dance or HIIT.

Testimonials - I have asked in some classes if you would be kind enough to send me a testimonial regarding the classes you attend, what you like, etc. It doesn't have to be lengthy but it really helps me to promote my classes. Thank you to those who have already done this.
