I hope you had a lovely weekend, feeling okay and ready for a good week. 

Ali is on holiday next Monday 3rd April. I have asked Emma who has covered before if she is available but if she isn't I will teach Pilates.

Monday 10th April - is a bank holiday so there will be no classes. 

Holiday dates

Ali - Monday 19th June and Monday 17th July.
Paula - week commencing Monday 17th July, all week.
Wednesday 23rd August to Wednesday 30th August inclusive. Classes return Thursday 31st August.

Testimonials - I would love it if you would be kind enough to send me a testimonial regarding the classes you attend, what you like, etc. It doesn't have to be lengthy but it really helps me to promote my classes. Thank you to those who have already done this.
