Sound Bath Meditation 
Thank you to everyone who attended our first Sound Bath with Laura. I would love to have your feedback and would you attend again. Laura and I spoke at the end of the class and if we were to run another I would look for a venue that just accommodates us.

Holiday - I have booked a holiday so no classes from Monday 3rd June returning Monday 17th June.

Gymcatch - please book your classes via Gymcatch and if you cannot attend a class can you cancel your place as classes are busy. Pay as you go - once you book your fitness class please pay immediately by bank transfer. If you need my bank details email [email protected] or text 07986 290088. 

Dance Fitness Class - if anyone has any favourite songs they would like me to play in the class let me know and I will put a routine together.

Recipe books - The recipe books below are from my weight loss programmes and are for sale. These are available in class and are £3 each.
