Fitness Weekend 
Friday 28^th – Sunday 30^th March 2025 at The Glendower Hotel, North Promenade, Lytham St Annes, FY8 2NQ. 
 

The price for the weekend is a single room £350.00 per person and a twin room £320.00 per person. This is for bed, breakfast and evening meal as well as our fitness classes.  An itinerary will follow and will be similar to our previous weekends away.

If you would like to join us a deposit of £60 is required by Friday 29^th March 2024 and the remaining balance on Friday 29^th November 2024. Bank details are Mrs K E Wellington, 110504, 12816868.

Sound Bath Meditation 
Our next Sound Bath is Thursday 11th April, 7 - 8 pm, Marple Senior Citizens Association, Memorial Park, Marple, SK6 6BA. The price is £15.00. There are 20 places available.

Laura and I have made the decision to run the Sound Bath monthly (dependent on numbers). The dates are below until the end of the year. All 7 - 8 pm at Marple.

Bookings are via Gymcatch.This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked.
