Sound Bath Meditation 
 

Our next Sound Bath is Thursday 11th April, 7 - 8 pm, Marple Senior Citizens Association, Memorial Park, Marple, SK6 6BA. The price is £15.00. If you are planning to attend our Sound Bath payment needs to be made by 3/4/24. There are 20 places available. Unfortunately if the class is low on numbers we will have to cancel.

Laura and I have made the decision to run the Sound Bath monthly (dependent on numbers). The dates are below until the end of the year. All 7 - 8 pm at Marple.

We would love you to join us and immerse into the beautiful depths of sound frequency and vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drum and chimes to bring about deep healing and balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

Bookings are via Gymcatch.This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked.  

Fitness Weekend 
Thank you to those who are joining us for our fitness weekend. There are still places available. The date is Friday 28^th – Sunday 30^th March 2025 at The Glendower Hotel, North Promenade, Lytham St Annes, FY8 2NQ. 
 

The price for the weekend is a single room £350.00 per person and a twin room £320.00 per person. This is for bed, breakfast and evening meal as well as our fitness classes.  An itinerary will follow and will be similar to our previous weekends away.

If you would like to join us a deposit of £60 is required and the remaining balance on Friday 29^th November 2024. Bank details are Mrs K E Wellington, 110504, 12816868.
