Fitness Weekend - Karen and I are finalising details for our fitness weekend we will let you know what is happening soon. 
 

Holiday - I have booked a holiday so no classes from Monday 3rd June returning Monday 17th June.

Sound Bath Meditation - full
Our first Sound Bath is almost here. Looking forward to the 15th. If you are attending please make sure you have completed a health screening questionnaire.
 

Gymcatch - please book your classes via Gymcatch and if you cannot attend a class can you cancel your place as classes are busy. Pay as you go - once you book your fitness class please pay immediately by bank transfer. If you need my bank details email [email protected] or text 07986 290088. 

Dance Fitness Class - if anyone has any favourite songs they would like me to play in the class let me know and I will put a routine together.

Bronze Monthly Membership £28 
Pay as you go 
Pilates 1 hour £9.00, Over 50's Pilates 45 mins £8.00.
Dance 45 mins £7.50, Over 50's Keep Fit £7.50, these remain the same.
For those who are on membership please make sure you adjust your standing order.
