Hey ,
Movement is nourishment. But not all foods are equally nourishing, are they? And not all movement diets are complete.
Squats, lunges, presses and pulls are like your macro nutrients: protein, carbohydrate, and fat. So important, but not the whole story.
And what are the micro-nutrients of movement? The minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals?
Your body was designed to move in a wide variety of ways - hunting, gathering, climbing, crawling, dancing, singing are all essential - and when you limit your movement to a small group of movements, you develop imbalances that can lead to injury. Any food becomes toxic to the system in large quantities. The same goes for movement.
Cheers to 2019 and moving in complete ways that support our greatness :-)
