If you're like most people, your subconscious has been programmed to associate fitness with pain.
But don't we all remember how much fun movement was, when were were little kids? We didn't need some far away goal to struggle towards, nor someone barking in our face to "motivate" us. We just got on the ground and rolled around - or crawled, or climbed up trees, or whatever - for the sheer, immediate love of it.
Well, you can reclaim that intrinsic pleasure of the body and it's natural movements. It is possible! That's the good news.
