Qigong is wonderful because it can heal the organs; in Traditional Chinese Medicine each of the organs regulate an emotion; this movement works with the stomach/spleen energy, the organs that regulate anxiety. Practice moving smoothly/slowly and with breath and curiosity; it really works!
