What to do after holiday indulgences?
We all let loose during the holidays--lots of sweets, chocolate, junk food and heavy foods. It's important to have an attitude of love toward our indulgences because if we view something we're eating or drinking as harmful, then it is the mind that creates the disease more than the actual food itself. For example, if we see wheat or dairy as harmful, then we are much more likely to have an adverse reaction to it than if we eat it with a peaceful mind and loving
thoughts.
