How are your emotions?
It's been a tough two years, and with everything that's going on in the world now and recent past many of us are feeling lots of anxiety, maybe even grief from the loneliness and separation that has occurred.
I just wanted to pop in with a quick email to share a recent video I did about a breath meditation to remove fear of the future. It's a simple breath with a special mudra (hand position). The hand position, along with the slow breathing, helps to calm the frantic calculations of the mind as to the infinite possibilities of what
could happen, yet probably won't.
